Jack Schwartzman was an American film producer and talent agent. He was born on July 22, 1930, in New York City and passed away on June 15, 1994, in Los Angeles. Schwartzman began his career as a talent agent in the 1960s, representing clients such as Bob Dylan and Joan Baez.
In the 1970s, Schwartzman transitioned into film production and produced several successful movies, including "Never Say Never Again" (1983) and "Being There" (1979). He was also known for his work on the film adaptation of the classic novel "The Falcon and the Snowman" (1985).
In addition to his successful career in the film industry, Schwartzman was also the father of actress Talia Shire and the brother-in-law of filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola.
